ZEZA items are shipped worldwide with carefully selected packaging and partners with the planet in mind. As express shipping is more harmful on our planet than standard, we aim to use standard shipping where possible.
Shipping Europe: free. Normal delivery in 1-3 working days.
Shipping outside Europe: €19,95. Normal delivery within 5-7 working days. Please note, all custom duties and/or import taxes that may apply for shipping outside the Eu is the responsibility of our international customer.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your item immediately and contact us. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Custom-made or personalized products.
Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item (after approval) and placing a separate order for the new one. This ensures the fastest service.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For items shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you can cancel or return your order for any reason, without justification. Items must still meet the return criteria: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
